Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their account credentials secure. Users must not impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Where a verification request is rejected and a refund is applicable, the refund will be initiated according to the applicable refund policy and payment-provider processing timelines.
